An early bed breakthrough is not an incident. It is a regulatory exceedance.

In VOC control, solvent recovery, and acid-gas scrubbing, bed service life depends on both the carbon and the contaminant profile. Low CTC breaks through early, and insufficient hardness generates fines that raise pressure drop.

Our extruded carbon and our impregnations are engineered against the relevant ASTM method and validated in mini-pilot before a bed change. We provide steam-regeneration data and breakthrough prediction.
